Joe and his team did a fantastic job on the sale of our home. We had a rather challenging home - on a hill. Nice house, but had some quirks. This is where a true professional is needed. We were directed to the optimal path for a quick sale (which was our priority as we had already purchased another home). Advice given for work to be done for sale, logistics, etc were spot on House was sold in 2 weeks - Well done - very thankful to have Joe and his team on board

Nika May is a phenomenal agent to work with. She helped us buy our new home in the Bay Area. From the beginning, she was great with communication, and guiding us through the home buying journey.
