Where do I start? How about getting more than $100k over the listing price? Maybe the decision to perform a whole house refresh with his recommended contractor in less than 6 weeks? Or was it the fact that he met more than 100 people during the open house? I’ll go with the part where the house went for sale on Friday, and we had a signed contract on Monday! Great job by Joe and his entire team. We’d do it all over again and not change a single decision you made.
