Ismael was professional, courteous, informative and a gentleman. He even took his shoes off when walking on our carpet - without being asked! Work was done quickly, explained thoroughly, with great respect for our home and person(s) - on a Saturday! Ismael called before he came out, giving us a very accurate eta as well. Overall a great experience - in every way! We will, most definitely, use him/Fratex again when we upgrade our garage door and garage door opener. Cannot thank you enough!

Based on the ratings and reviews on Fratex Garage Door Specialists I submitted an estimate appointment to get our garage door fixed (it wasn't opening). After I got that scheduled, I immediately got a call from Ismael at Fratex to go over the issues I was having. He had me check a couple things and was able to walk me through an easy fix I was able to do myself. He was professional, speedy and extremely helpful.
