First dentist trip for our 2 yr old. Staff was very kind, gentle and great with scared little kids.
Having been through a negative experience at a different dental clinic in town, we weren't sure what to expect or just how our anxious son would handle this visit. We were all immediately at ease after walking through the doorway to the exam rooms. Dr. Rick and his assistant explained things thoroughly and included our son in the conversation. Jumping through the hoops of having to call our insurance company (twice) to figure out coverage was definitely worth the experience we had today. We would highly recommend.
This is a great group of dentists. Today we saw Dr. W and she is fantastic. The person at the front desk was so nice. I am used to the other person who is often crabby and short, but today there was a different person and she is great.
We were new to town and needed to get the kids into see a dentist for regular cleaning. I found excellent reviews online and decided to give it a try. Front desk staff was quick to schedule us and Very friendly. The dental hygienist and dentist were amazing with my children, very gentle and easy going. My kids loved their visit and are eager to go back.
We have been having our 3 boys come here ever since we moved here in "09. Everyone is great. Can not recommend more highly.
My 3-year-old daughter had her first trip to the dentist this morning and it was wonderful! The staff were all incredibly friendly and warm. My daughter felt so proud that she was able to do everything they asked even though the experience was very new.
The periodic visits to the Baylon and Beinlich dentist is something our kids look forward to- they wish they could go more often. The entire team is clearly kid-oriented: They get all their quirks and weird jokes, and make them feel like a VIP, especially Dr. Greg. And RDH Ann is just the best. Ann is so calm, gentle, and so understanding. She is phenomenal in working with our son's sensitive features. ~ Happy mom of 2
Fast and easy. They are great in focusing on taking care of young patients.
My son is 4.5 years old and this was our 3rd visit to the dentist. The entire staff at Baylon & Beinlich is fantastic - everyone we've ever seen has left myself and my son with a great experience. He sure loves getting the "prizes" at the end too. Highly recommend!
