Truly great dining experience This place gets lots of press, but you have to go to appreciate it. Not a snob amongst the staff, attentive but not overbearing service, friendly atmosphere, and oh yeah, great food and wine. We talked with one of the owners at length, and he's met his goal of creating a warm neighborhood place that happens to have fabulous food. Can't recommend it highly enough. And relatively reasonable for a restaurant of this quality.
Frasca With a chef from the French Laundry, this place it the best fine food in Boulder. They have some walk up seating, otherwise reservations are a month out. But hands down the best meal I have ever eaten, beating some great places in San Fransisco.
Excellent food, cramped dining room. We tried this restaurant after the chef won a James Beard award. The menu is fixed price with choices that creatively used seasonal ingredients. The food was outstanding, the dining room is a bit cramped and we sat next to a party of four that were very loud.

Had dinner here following our elopement ceremony. Did not disappoint!! Some of the best food I’ve ever had, wine recommendations were perfect. And we were also spoiled by the staff there!!! Such a magical evening. Thank you!! The dessert was probably my favorite- tasted somewhat like a peanut butter and jelly dessert but next level, so so amazing!!
I have heard about Frasca forever. Last night we went and it did not fail to impress. The creative presentation of the food, the proportion sizes, the first bite to the last. Everything was magical. The service was exceptional and I was very impressed. The highest recommendation I could possibly give.
