We loved it! My husband and I chose Frasca for our one year anniversary per recommendation of a friend, and we could not be any happier! The service was impeccable, food was delicious, bursting full of flavor and even at times, made us wonder "how the hell did they even make this?" Or "who came up with this combination?!". Best part? They put this little twist at the end and gave us two little beautiful chocolate truffles to celebrate our anniversary, which made our night that much extra special. We seek out amazing tasting menu experiences and this one turned out to be one of our top ones. And even with a 7 and 8 year old tow. Everyone should go here all the time.
I've been coming to Frasca since they opened the doors to impeccable dining experiences to Boulder. Last evening was no exception and from the front door to Allison to Mark to the staff and chefs it's just everything you expect and more.
