Bobby and his staff always make our visits memorable. The food is deliberate, thoughtful and prepared and presented like a Michelin starred restaurant.
Quite simply, the best restaurant in Colorado. And I own a restaurant in Colorado.
At definite top 10 meal for these foodies. We arrived early and our table was not ready. We were offered complimentary glass of wine while we waited. We chose the full 7 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. Each course and the wines were individually outstanding but together were perfection. Our waiter, Chris, was excellent.
