Poor office staff. Most time the wait past the scheduled appointment time is over an hour. Finding another physician that respects patients time. After waiting 40 minutes today for a routine physical, I had finally had enough and told the receptionist to cancel. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I would find another doctor and I don't know why you even make appointments. She apparently does not care. No, "let me check on how long", just, ok.

Called State Road Family Practice to see about getting a prescription sent to my pharmacy without having to go into the Drs. office on a visit, but was told they would not do it, that I had to make an appointment. I have been a patient with SRFP for quite some time so I was not happy they would not send a prescription over to my pharmacy for some Poison Ivy I contacted.
