Dinner special was truly special – I like a place where the dinner specials are truly special. Tonight I had a lamb burger with a creamy feta spread, marinated cucumbers and roasted tomatoes with harissa fried potatoes. It was dinner like mama used to make, well maybe if you mama is from Morocco. Bursting with flavor and juicy. Just plain delicious.
Cute, local restaurant with great food – My boyfriend and I went to Fran's on a Friday night. The atmosphere was really homey and the servers very nice. At first, we were a little confused with the menu, but the server explained it to us. We ended up getting a variety of foods, including the bacon wrapped tater tots, the Japanese ribs, the teriyaki wings, the shrimp, and a glass of wine. Great menu/Great specials – I learned about Fran's Filing Station from a friend who knew I was more interested in good food and interesting flavors than fine china and silver service. I was not disappointed. The slow roasted tomatoes had a rich and rustic taste. The hand cut french fries w/spicy sprinkle were as good as I have ever had. Delicious Lunch Place - Can't wait to try dinner! – Just had lunch with my girlfriend's a Fran's. It was very yummy! Fran herself came over to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. This is a great spot - the kind of place where you could get all your favorite things under one roof. I will definitely be returning to check out the dinner menu.
My Perfect Restaurant – This place is the epitome of what I wish every small casual dining experience could be. I've never been for lunch, but its a great-sized place for a date night, or an after-dinner drink at the bar. Tots and Bacon – Any restaurant that serves tater tots wrapped in bacon as an appetizer is okay in my book. The food is excellent. The prices are fantastic. The service is wonderful. I just discovered Fran's- we went for dinner but I've heard it's a great lunch place too - recently and we will be back . . . often. My New Favorite – Found this place by accident, tucked away off Park Rd, same shopping center as RuSan's. I've been back three times in two weeks and STILL the hardest part about eating at Fran's is deciding what to order. The sandwiches are out of this world, especially the "Turkey Jezebel" and the "lemon aioli chic salad."
