Had a problem with a computer chip, found those in charge friendly but they have a problem with keeping the customer up to date with whats happening I was the one having to call them. I was told there was only one in Australia and had to be posted from Queensland and I had to pay up front, it took one week not sure why it wasn't express posted. On day car was fixed waited 1.1/2hrs no conversation at all on how it was going or you ok, need a coffee or water. Then to top of the experience while on the freeway home I noticed th... read more
