Picked up my Renault EV from Frankston Renault yesterday. Driving home I forgot how damn good and easy the car drives. I took the looooooong way home and pulled into my garage with the biggest smile on my face! What a car!! Thanks again for everything Beth. Great hand over and service. Very satisfied. Renault has moved to what I would describe as a production service centre, chaotic, nowhere to park and no personalised service. They are clearly trying to save money when in fact they lost $1800 of my business today!
On Tuesday I left my van for normal service and I asked to fix the plastic and mirror in the front windscreen, the car was not ready on Tuesday, they called me to pick the car on Wednesday in the morning because they have some issues with the computer, I picked the van up and when I reported that the plastic of the mirror was not fixed they told me that I have to book again the car for service, in my opinion this people are thinking that our time is nothing specially for a van that we need to use the van every day. Hi, waited all day yesterday for a phone call back regarding traffic van. Wasted day and half, only communication was when I went through carsales. Was very keen to purchase this van, complete lack of customer care, will never recommend this dealership, missed sale, Bad, Bad Business.
The friendly helpful service was great. Jay went above and beyond to make my search for a car enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at Frankston Renault.
