Frankston Mazda is my local dealership and I've always has positive interactions with the team. I'm on my second Mazda now and it's always been a breeze booking servicing appointments through them.
Unable to repair a flat tire during a standard service on my Mazda 6, even though I specifically asked for it. I was sent off on the mini spare after picking up my car, which disrupted my whole weekend trying to find a place that was open. Staff were polite, but overall disappointing.
