I bought a new BT50 and had it serviced at Frankston at times and the attitude from the girl at the service desk was dreadful. She was curt, dismissive and overall very rude and similar issues at another Mazda dealer not too far away. Because of this and an ongoing issue with the car which Mazda dodged for 2 years even though the car was under warranty I decided to get rid of it and I'll never buy another Mazda again. Update 10/06/26: I can only further warn others about this Mazda service department. My experience today only further proved to be another very negative, wasteful and awful one. my very recent concerns in writing to the manager that they would unfairly charge me for one or both of the safety issues (rather than take responsibility for the issues I have raised- particularly the camera). I purchased a car from here on New Years this year and with a year warranty. As far as car dealerships go I trusted Frankston Mazda before I brought this car from them. I have since been told by my own mechanic that it needs costly repairs which definitely would have been known about at roadworthy less than 6 months ago. They haven't offered any help at all, only to quote me on what it would cost with them which is substantially more than my own mechanic. My wife and I cannot fault a single team member at Frankston Mazda. From the moment we walked in the door every interaction felt caring and kind. A huge thank you to Stephen and Olivia who went above and beyond and were always happy to help either in person or over the phone.
