Absolutely awful experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my 2024 Jeep Rubicon serviced here two weeks ago. The first issue was the customer service. The lady at reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand service centres get busy, but customers are the reason you’re in business. Ash and the team went above and beyond for my last service! I have a new born baby so couldn’t get to my car and they dropped my car off to me without hesitation and even dropped my husband home in the morning so he wouldn’t have to catch an uber. It’s very rare to receive service like this these days! So kind, caring and will be recommending them to everyone.
Took my Leapmotor C10 REEV in for its 40,000 service and was pleasantly surprised by the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the price for the service, $115 less than the quoted log book capped price fee.

DODGY BROTHERS AND LYING CROOKS! Recently I put my car a Jeep Patriot MK 2, 2012 5 speed manual petrol model in for a service, a 10,000 km job. I got the car in at 7.50 am and was informed that it would be ready for pickup at 4 pm . I wasn't offered transportation to the nearest train station, no that didn't occur to them!
