I'm not sure whats going on with Frankston anymore, they were fine, now i have booked my jeep in twice and been told they would get back to me with dates that has never happened. I now will go elsewhere.
Absolutely awful experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my 2024 Jeep Rubicon serviced here two weeks ago. The first issue was the customer service. The lady at reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand service centres get busy, but customers are the reason you’re in business. Ash and the team went above and beyond for my last service! I have a new born baby so couldn’t get to my car and they dropped my car off to me without hesitation and even dropped my husband home in the morning so he wouldn’t have to catch an uber. It’s very rare to receive service like this these days! So kind, caring and will be recommending them to everyone.
Took my Leapmotor C10 REEV in for its 40,000 service and was pleasantly surprised by the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the price for the service, $115 less than the quoted log book capped price fee.
Good service. Easy to understand staff. No nonsense.
