DODGY BROTHERS AND LYING CROOKS! Recently I put my car a Jeep Patriot MK 2, 2012 5 speed manual petrol model in for a service, a 10,000 km job. I got the car in at 7.50 am and was informed that it would be ready for pickup at 4 pm . I wasn't offered transportation to the nearest train station, no that didn't occur to them! My partner and I went to get the car and arrived at 4.30 expecting it to be ready NO NO NO , that was not the case and it was closer to 5 pm before I was given my keys back and could drive home. Five star service best in Melbourne. Well trained technicians are very good service advice for any jeep repairs. I am personally highly recommended.
Had to catch public transport to get here. Spoke to Daniel who told me my car was done at 4:30. Got here just after 5. They told me that they close at 4:45 when I arrive, and that they sent me a message telling me they closed at said time. No message was sent, and Daniel did not inform me of that either. I would not have travelled 2 hours on public transport to come to a closed service center for no reason. Management or whoever gives out after hours info is happy to lie to their customers. Very disappointed with the service. After waiting months for a part to arrive, I brought my car in for repair—only to be told on the day that there were no loan cars available. No one had informed me in advance, and when I mentioned that I needed a car to get home, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful. No offer to help, no solution, not even the decency of covering an Uber. While Jeep as a brand may build great cars, the service experience here in Australia leaves a lot to be desired.
Can't fix my Havel display after 4days in the workshop.
