Had a central heater installed 27/3/2020 and was very impressed with this company and it's service. I had the heater installed in two days and nothing was too much trouble for Helga and the team. They were on time, took away the old heater with no fuss or worry. Would not have a problem recommending them if you are n the market for a new heater...nice to be able to deal with such a friendly company. Keep up the good work.
A place to reflect
This must be the most unreliable business in melbourne. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of the day they said they would come. A few days before that day they called me to say they were far too busy to attend to me that day and had to reschedule. I agreed to a week later. Now I’m sitting here waiting. I called them and they told me they can’t come round today and need to reschedule. I called someone else, who said he’ll be here tomorrow. I gave one star because I had to press a star, it should be minus one.
