I usually get the sausage cacciatore and love it. I thought I would try what my son orders which is baked ziti. My ziti was dry and hard. I was so hungry I ate about a fourth of it. Luckily I had ordered cheesy garlic bread so I ate more of that. My son liked his order of pizza. I had a respiratory reaction to one the waitresses powerful cologne when the bill came and had to leave quickly Not my typical visit. My family goes there periodically and we take up 2 tables.
Just like I remember from my childhood visiting my grandparents in Buffalo when the location was across the street. Excellent service, same comfort Italian food, super big portions. I don't know how many years this has been here, but it is always reliable, welcoming, and filling while tasting great. Thank you for a nice family dinner on Sunday!
i have been a patron for many yrs,well today our take out order was wrong first off,the bread was soaked with a hot pepper juice,went to garbage then the baked ziti was so hot as in spice had the same hot pepper taste that was on the bread and stained the inside of box,so we called and recieved a sorry,seriously thats all and we dont live close by so wont be a patron again waste of 43.00
THe carbonara was really good- add a chicken cutlet to it
Wow, just had a terrible dinner. Ordered veal marsala, let's start with saying the veal was hard as a rock. I also learned that in Sicily they make Veal Marsala with red sauce or tomato paste because that's what it tasted like. News to me, I suppose I'll have to ask my Sicilian mother....from Sicily. Let's talk about the white pizza next, or shall I say the onions that came with a side of dough. This place has gone down hill. Food was sad , and was told by the waiter it's to late to do anything about it. Ate my meal with nothing to drink, my cup was empty and he was gone for a long time.
