HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! and the way it was handled was completely unprofessional! My family comes all way from East Aurora to eat here. But they have lost our business. This place has gone downhill.
Overpriced rude staff and food disgusting it made my experience not so good I remember going in as a younger kid it was different when I was older a completely different experience I'm going to tell you im a Italian woman and they definitely do not know how and make food YUCK
Our family has been going to franks for years!!! It's the place to go for amazing Italian food. Never had 1 issue. Food is always fresh and good and portions are big!!! They greet you at the door and when you leave very friendly people! They are the kindest people never rude! The pizza is a must and so is everything else. Their isn't one thing bad or dislike I can say! It's family owned and run!!!
Great food and service. The amount of food on your plate and what you take for lunch the next day is well worth the price.
It's an Amazing Place to eat , When you go in they all treat you like Family ! Rest in Peace Gram Ma , Again Love to all at Frank's Sunny Italy !
Everyone I step in the door it reminds me of going to Nana's for Sunday dinner. The sauce is the closest I've had to Nana's at a restaurant.
The food was delicious and service was excellent. Nice waitress!!
The pizza was incredible. Wilk definitely come back!
