I used to love this place but things have definitely gone downhill. we went for my birthday dinner tonight, The service was horrible. The waitress had no knowledge about the menu, the food took forever. (we were one of the first tables there but we were the last to be served. ) The adults finally got their food but my daughter was still sitting there waiting on her chicken fingers. This restaurant was a disorganized chaotic mess. 2 hours to get my order of pasta, our party was going to leave but the food came out just as we were ready to storm out. The food was hot and fresh but not worth the total bill of 27 dollars ( I did have a bottle beer too). My glass was dirty and had lipstick on the rim before I even took a sip. Let me first say that since it was Mother's Day I expected service to be slow. I was a server for many years and try my best not to leave negative feedback but this was beyond tolerable. Where to begin....Seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. After 20 minutes at our table we had not been greeted by a server. 30 minutes in we are brought ice water and cups by the hostess, still have not seen a server. 35 minutes in our server appears, no apology, just starts taking our order. I came in and ordered Fettuccine alfredo what I got was Linguine noodles the waitress said it was the same noodle just smaller I said it is totally different then she said if I wanted fettuccine noodles I should of asked for it and I said I ordered FETTUCCINE ALFREDO this place use to be very good the last few times I went the cheese in stuffed shells are dry or the sauce is burnt please DO NOT GO HERE till they get there stuff together

Franks Sunny Italy used to be my favorite spot for Italian, but sadly it has gone downhill . Someone who was with me ordered gluten free fettuccine Alfredo , it was like soup . When she told the waitress , she was told that that is what happens with gluten free pasta . It’s interesting that she has had the same dish other places and it’s not soup ! The food used to be really good but over the years the food has gone down hill. Dry Alfredo sauce watery tomato sauce over cooked noodles or under cooked noodles the only good thing was the bread and water. Will probably not go back our waiter was super nice though
