Frank was excellent! He was excellent in identifying the problem and very expedient in repairing the machine. The price of the repair cannot be beat! He is extremely reasonable. The best part of all is that he and his wife are so nice. I have referred Frank to many friends.
Frank was very sweet when I called. I explained to him what was wrong, and he told me to try changing my needle. If it didn't work, bring it by and he would take a look at it. Sure enough, the problem was as simple as a very slightly bent needle. Thank you, Frank! I will definitely be bringing my machines by for repair if/when I ever need them repaired! =)
