The plumber does not have a great service at all, job was bad. A few words, my toilet was still making a sound at 3AM. he is a despot who treats people badly.
I've had Frank's Plumbing do jobs for me at previous residences and they always responded quickly, and provided me prompt and efficient service. So I naturally went back to them for jobs at my new house. In 2020 they installed a tankless water heater to replace my aging and bulky tank heater (which the previous owners chose to locate in the master bedroom closet). Couldn't be more pleased with our service today. My wife and I arrived home today to find out main line all backed up. When we called Frank's the phone was answered by Sandy who was completely helpful and curious. She knew we needed assistance fast and had two guys to us within a half hour. The two guys came and were polite and very professional. Within an half hour they had us back up and running and the problem was fixed.
