Great experience here! everyone was so helpful. Amazing prices, great people. you really cant be at that. We will be back really soon. We got everybody home safe and settled in, the rats settled in surprisingly fast and wanted to play! they did not want to stay in the cage😂.
I Love Frank’s Pet Shop! I worked for the family for a few years and became very close with them before moving out of state. Even ten years later I still keep in contact with them and visit the shop every time I am in the area. They deeply care about their animals and are genuinely good people. They are very knowledgeable and educated on the care of animals they sell. I know If I ever have any pet questions I can go to them to find an answer. Overall a great pet shop!
Franks a great dude, his wife, ray, savannah THEY ARE ALL GREAT! Ive bought all 8 of my snakes with them, and everything in between. Always helpful, always make me feel like im at home when i walk in lol. Savannah goes out of her way for us, always. All around awesome. 💕

They have the best selection of ball pythons in the area. I have gotten 5 from here within the last few years and everyone of them are so sweet and such big babies! the whole staff is awesome as I feel I've developed a friendlier than most relationship with all the employees as I see them weekly for a while now. by far the best pet shop in lasalle county!
Don't like them they don't back ya on anything got a fish there yesterday an today its dead
