Lack of customer service... Elegant but after finally being seated we received water and that was it... Obviously we were forgotten about and wasn't that busy so walked out...

I walked out of Frank's and threw my hands up in the air, exclaiming to my wife, "OMG What just happened?!" Amazed and delighted, we enjoyed every minute of our visit, Frank and his staff were the best and it was so great to meet him. His dishes were fresh and delicious, local Stonington scallops, everything was perfect!
