We offer a wide array of Continental/American gourmet entrees with a Mediterranean flair. We also offer lighter fare, comfort foods, sandwiches and salads on both our lunch and dinner menu. The menu is a compilation of all my favorite dishes I have prepared in my career. Some of which have been around since gourmet foods were introduced to this country and others are creations of my own. I can assure you that there is something for anyone's taste.

Delicious food, generous portions, gluten free possibilities, and perhaps best of all-caring, knowledgable, attentive service. We were a big group including 2 young children. Everyone happy. Our server Samantha was wonderful!
Excellent all around experience. Great food!Spent a beautiful day in Mystic and finished it off with my lady at Frank's Gourmet Grill. Highly recommend dinner here!
Love it here. Food is always great and how many places have the chef/owner come table to table to make sure you’re happy? Frank is super personable and his staff are awesome. Same faces for the most part since he opened here.

I don't know where to even begin with how much we absolutely loved this place ! From the second we walked in the door the place was packed and while we sat at the bar and waited for our table we were served perfectly poured drinks, served our menus and we were treated as family!
