Yesterday we were referred to by a friend that this was the florist she used . Taking her word we called and had flowers delivered to our friend for her birthday . We are from out of town . When the flowers were shown to us last nite on FaceTime, I was very disappointed . A 5 year old could have picked flowers in her yard and done a better bouquet than what you did . Had I read your ratings before we ordered we would not have ordered from you . You were recommended and that’s why we did it .

I have ordered for years from Franks. Today I was told they did not deliver to Carroll County, or Culpepper Funeral home. Never been referred to call another flower shop.

I ordered an arrangement and I was slightly late on the cut off time for the same day delivery; however, Franks Flowers went above and beyond to make it possible and it made my mothers day. She sent a photo that I will include and is happy with how beautiful the arrangement and vase looks. Thank you!
