No matter what the problem is, u check the whole Vehicle over. Nothing is ever there fault, after u spend thousands of dollars on there business to fix things that have to be repeatedly returned to be fixed. Oh, it’s this, oh it’s that! Tuffy, not r fault! So, done!!
On June 22, 2020, I went to the Mansfield Road location about 9:30 AM for an oil change. Approximately 1 1/2 hours after being there, a friend of the man who took my order came in. Another hour past and I noticed that this lady's car was taken prior to mine even though she was also there for an oil change. When I asked the men at the counter why, they said that the man who took our orders often put his friends first. I got my keys and left and WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I came in for a oil change and was quoted a price on the phone using penzoil. I arrived at the store and Brayden did everything possible to work with me and make things right. However, the manager Jody didn’t seem to care and was a impediment. I had to spend a hour on the phone with the corporate office to get the issue resolved. Poor management (Jody) at this location.
