Awesome place to eat the people here are awesome never had to wait for anything I will be back
Went there for Valentine's dinner in 2015. The worst experience. We had reservations and still waited two hours to be seated. Food was not cooked the way we ask for it. Never got the vegetables that we ordered. Had to ask for drink refills. Call back the next day to speak to the manager. Wasn't in left a message to have them call back. Never heard from them. Called back several other times with no luck. Needless to say that was our last visit there.
I have heard a lot about this restaurant but I was not impressed. Went for a birthday dinner and for larger groups they only do a select smaller menu. Well on our menu there were about three dishes with shrimp and they ran out of shrimp on a Saturday night wow. Didn't substitute for something else just had to chose another item on our smaller menu. Celebrated Birthday & Valentines last night. It was amazing! The food, the service, the presentation was perfect. Thanks Marsal for another enjoyable dinner.
Went for Valentines dinner with friends. Had checked the menu online before we went. Had been anticipating what I wanted. First they did not have full menu available. Disappointed right off. Then my friend wanted to leave off the sauce off of her pasta. They would not accommodate. Said they were to busy, but there wasn't that many people in the restaurant at this time. On November 20 2015, I planned a lunch at Franks, 9 ladies showed up for lunch and were told we could not be seated because we did not have reservations. I could see open seats from the door!!! The older lady that was acting as hostess, was extremely rude to the first ladies to arrive. She turned up her nose and said "if you don't have reservations, we can't seat you"!!! I have been a fan of Frank’s for quite a few years now. On November 20, 2015 a group of 9 friends met at Frank’s for lunch. When the first person to arrive asked for a table for nine, the hostess response was “you have 9 people without a reservation?” First, her attitude was not only rude, but was downright hateful. This is my favorite place to eat in the area. We eat here at least once a week.
The food was good. I had the Fried Catfish. The dessert (Blueberry crisp cheesecake ) was delicious. The service was excellent.
