My experience at Frank's on Thanksgiving Day was excellent. My family and I dined on the second level of the restaurant. The ambience is always special ,warm, and welcoming. Our server was Chris and he was very friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive along with the other wait staff. The food was great and fulfilling .

I absolutely loved it! The service was impeccable, reservations was a breeze, the food was delicious, and the ambience was absolutely PERFECT! Great for all special occasions! :)
I'm reading the reviews n I don't think I will be trying this restaurant. Ride pass there often n I always wondered how is it. I actually went inside once n we were not greeted so we took our business else where!
Very disappointed with the service. Reservations at 7pm....seated at 7:15...started getting real hungry at 8 when we still had not received our food. Told our waiter to bring the check for the appetizer and that we were leaving. He leaves and the chef comes over to apologize by saying....I'm sorry, but the waiter is from Louisiana and he forgot to put your order in..... I'm not even sure what that means...........

Friday was a tough day for us since we (and the surrounding area) lost electricity throughout the building for 1.5 hours, causing our computers to crash.
