Food was amazing, Atmosphere romantic, great view of the water! And our server, Sven was hilarious and very helpful! Will be returning! Perfect for date night!!

EAT HERE! The food is delicious and the service is usually pretty good. Some people don't seem to understand that when restaurants get busy sometimes the service is slow, but they make up for it and the food is worth the wait. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Went for lunch and had blackened fish. The proprtions were good. They had an awesome wine list and tons of desert. Would love to go back at night when it's cooler and have dinner on the patio. The staff was sup friendly and accommodation. Best service ever!!
We're here from out of town for my husband's birthday and I'm now sitting in the car with my 2 month old because it's too hot in there for him. The waiter checked and it said 83 degrees. It's the end of June in the south; it's still low 90s at 830 at night. Severely disappointed.
Went tonight for Dinner. Ordered the King Cut Prime rib, served a small, maybe queen cut, sent it back and 15 minutes later was served a piece a little larger, doubt if it was 16 oz. My guests were about finished with their meals by the time my meal arrived, they said sorry........One of my guests was served the wrong beer, a reorder. Bill was incorrect, was charged for drinks not received, had to get that fixed too. Overall disappointing experience.
How do you get the staff to contact you? I've been trying for 3 months to discuss a Rehearsal Dinner there for 50 persons in July. I've called 4 times. The second time allegedly he was putting it on the date and emailing me some menu ideas and quote. I never received it. When I called back the 3rd time and was told I had no reservations for that day. I've heard nothing from the 4th call or completing the online contact us and we will call form. We hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and soon to be daughter. The food was delicious and the service was great. I am so happy we chose Frank's for our dinner. Everyone left very happy.
