Absolutely horrible communication. My 7 months old heating system - installed by Franklin for a lot of money - failed during the recent hard freeze, and Franklin couldn't care less. They do not answer calls, emails, texts. Totally unreliable. They left me high & dry without heat in freezing weather for days on end, and don't even bother answering to texts or emails, which takes like 5 seconds. Our AC stopped blowing air so we called around and Franklin’s was recommended to us. Initially communication was great. They diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Delivery was slow so they lent us a portable unit. After that, communication was terrible. We could see they read our messages and weren’t responding. We were being ignored for hours and would never hear back until the end of the day, if at all. Even calls were not returned until days later. John & Jodi are thorough professionals, caring people, take pride in their work, and they provide really good value in their services & goods offerings. I wish, I had found them earlier, but will only use these guys for ongoing HVAC needs.
