I was in a lot of pain because I was not urinating. Nurse Jeffery took me ahead of several people to help me with getting a catheter. Even though the pain was very tough with the procedure it relieved all my urine that was collected. I appreciate Jeffery for taking care of me regardless of where I was in line. That is a true commitment to the job. Bless him!!!
This ER is truly a joke. 55 min to get called and another 1.5 hours and still NO DOCTOR or even saline. NOTHING- my son was vomiting - chills - severe dehydration and stomach pains and they didn’t even give saline to help with the dehydration or a drink of water. Nurses could care less and all I heard when we walked out was we are very busy - a JOKE. I would not take a dog to ANY Ballard facility EVER - they could care less about their patients
Amazing love them fast easy and respectful kind
Not impressed. The person at registration seemed to not want to be there. Triage nurse was great. The doctor was not even close to professional looking. "My" nurse was loud ! I might have thought differently about her but a loud person practically in my face is VERY off-putting.
A whole lot of care and a nice friendly staff. I appreciate the care and attention that was given for my reason of being there. Thanks
