Dr Castillo and entire staff are the best
The care and compassion I received today when I needed to put my dog down was amazing. I cannot begin to thank Dr. Castillo and his staff for their kindness.
Our kitten is alive today because of the caring staff. She swallowed a sock and all the worst things that could happen, did. The doctor had to cut her intestines in 6 different places to get all the string out, I really wasn’t sure she was going to make it. And the cost was fair and even less than I was quoted. I had called the day before in desperation because another animal medical center estimated $6000 for the same operation and I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to afford to help her. In the past I’ve had issues with animal hospitals. With a new puppy, I wanted to make sure I had a great vet for regular and emergency care. I’m very pleased with Franklin veterinary clinic. They’re knowledgeable, delicate, and caring. I trust them and am happy to recommend them to any pet owner I know.
Franklin Veterinary Clinic is an amazing. The office staff, vet technicians and veterinarians are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are very professional but yet are loving and warm with all pets that walk into their office. My puppy had a more involved neutering surgery with slight complication and Dr. Castillo was readily available for questions and concerns.
