I reached out to Franklin Tree Service Experts for their tree removal, tree trimming, arborist services, and emergency tree removal services. Although the services provided were satisfactory, I was mildly dissatisfied with the cost of materials used and the lack of customer service and poor communication. We used Franklin Tree Service Experts for a tree project and were generally satisfied with the results. The crew did an impressive job of delivering premium quality work, however we weren't totally pleased with the cleanliness and tidiness left after they finished up. They could definitely improve their standards in that area, but overall we would recommend the business for anyone looking for tree services in Franklin.

Called this company after a large branch fell in our front yard, phone was answered by Mike. We paid an agreed upon price to cut up the branch and they came back the next day to finish trimming the damaged section of the tree. They gave us a quote to “top” the tree for safety, had us pay half up front, and the left for the day and never came back or answered texts/calls. Franklin Tree Service Experts performed an incredible job of taking two trees out of my yard. The crew did an amazing job in cutting, cleaning, and finishing the job in short time duration .!Thank you for the great service. I would highly recommend this business!

I will definitely recommend Franklin Tree Service Experts. They were professional and attentive to what we wanted to accomplish and delivered exactly what we requested and more! It's difficult to find reputable companies that perform a great job and not rip you off If you require the removal of trees, definitely contact Franklin Tree Service Experts! We'll definitely be calling them when we require more trees to be removed!
