Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the porch cover they built. An independent roof inspection found several issues, including cupping where FS's roof connects into our existing roof. Missing step flashing, etc. Also, we had an engineer inspect the framing and it is just built very poorly. Worst, it looks like the workers notched pre-engineered trusses. We've been dealing with this since May '22, and the structure is still not finished, nor is it weatherproof.

Terrible experience. Signed a contract that stated our porch project would be completed within 12 weeks. 11 months later a crew was sent out after numerous attempts to contact the company with little to no response. The framework and screens were not installed sufficiently, screens are different on the top and bottom, not flush to the frame, door doesn’t close and door frame was not installed properly. We did a multi phase pool and patio project with Franklin Stone and could not be happier with how everything turned out. There were a few bumps along the road but this company finishes strong. John Harvey is a fantastic guy who stands behind his work. Kudos to Kelly, Clint and the rest of the Franklin Stone team for doing an amazing job on our project!
