When we first moved here the apartment was not done properly at all, The closet doors was hanging off, the paint is chipping, the front wouldn’t shut. The man flipping the apartment was only giving 3 or 4 days to fix it my himself. This place is ghetto as hell, don’t move here. They don’t do anything about any concerns you may have. They post fraudulent photos on their website , some pictures you see are actually of the very nice apt complex down the street. They falsely advertise as luxury which is laughable. Mice infested, broken appliances, paint splatter all over the floors. There are constant car break ins but no working cameras , the whole complex is in complete blackness at night with no lighting . This place is ghetto as hell, don’t move here. They don’t do anything about any concerns you may have. They post fraudulent photos on their website , some pictures you see are actually of the very nice apt complex down the street. They falsely advertise as luxury which is laughable. Mice infested, broken appliances, paint splatter all over the floors. They’ll also try to write back on your reviews trying to contradict what you’re saying but it’s only to try to make themselves look better.
