A huge shout out to Dr. Franklin!!! My husband had a serious eye issue and Dr.Franklin went out of her way to treat him even though mother nature sent rain/wind/hail ... and a power outage to boot. Thank you Crozet Eye Care for being there when we needed you!
My husband and I loved Dr. Rosinski! We followed him from LensCrafters. When we went to Crozet Eye Care, we were shocked at our final bill. Having been shuffled from one person to another with one procedure after another, our exam amounted to $250 per person. It was fine when we each paid $140 on appointment day. We later received a bill in the mail which brought our total to $300 for one eye exam. They made numerous errors with the prescription, the sample mailed and even the billing. We have been going to Crozet Eye Care since they opened. Everyone there, from the doctors to the technicians to the receptionist are wonderful. They make you feel like family. There is no rushing you through your appointment. Everything they do is about you, the patient. That comes first. Highly recommend them and we do.
My family and I have visited Crozet Eye Care for years, and love this practice! Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is evident that the doctors and their team love what they do!
