I feel robbed of my opportunity to heal because of Sharon's inability to listen to me as her patient. I always left Innovative Physical Therapy deflated and hopeless. I am starting to realize I was physically, financially, and mentally abused at this clinic. It is heartbreaking and even criminal how Sharon and Amy take advantage of patients who are injured and vulnerable. Please do not choose Innovative Physical Therapy for your physical therapy needs.

The staff at the Franklin Rehab is fantastic. I have had six knee surgeries in the last thirty years and two knee surgeries in the year 2020. The care I received this past year is by far the best.
I would highly recommend Jennifer Riley as a knowledgeable, professional , and compassionate individual who truly cares about her clients. She understands medications and their effects. Is very effective in communicating the importance of maintaining the home program to get results
David immediately gained my trust and confidence. He's VERY good at what he does, and I'm grateful for his assistance during a challenging period for me.
