Amy has helped me multiple times over recent years eliminate upper back/neck pain. I love it when Amy gets out her textbook and shows me what muscles are causing my pain. I have seen Jenny in the past and she was great too helping me with shoulder issues and years ago pelvic floor strengthening… I still do daily pelvic floor exercises. I came in with sciatica pain I’ve had for 5+ years and tried everything with no relief. Thank you to Jenny and the staff who are getting me on the road to recovery. I am experiencing pain relief, added strength and increased balance. The exercises she gives me to do at home are great and doable for me who has a busy schedule.
