It's a good building, the only issue there is a female manager. I lived there last year (2025). I didn't know that Spectrum wi fi is included to the rent, and went down to the lobby a few times to have important meetings. There's a good wi fi at the lobby unlike the rooftop. First of all, she went out and started to shout at me. She said I couldn't sit in the lobby and talk and literally was waiting for me to leave. I told her that I needed wi fi urgently, and she NEVER mentioned that Spectrum wi fi was included to the rent!... read more
