Have never experienced a gym culture where it's OK to sit and camp on weight machines. Patrons will occupy a weight machine, do a set and sit, browse their phone, gab with a friend... for 5, 10, 15 minutes. Then they'll do a set and sit... for another 5, 10, 15 minutes. Repeat. Wouldn't be a problem if it was a larger facility with multiple of the same machine. But this is small-medium facility with no extra.
