I have lived in this community since 1988 the people are great it is close to everything you cannot ask for a better place to live We have a lot of things to do to meet each other pizza parties, cookouts you name we have even had movie nights so if you are looking for a great place to live this is it. I think i have lived here longer than anyone else
Apartments are overpriced. Buildings are outdated, non insulated windows, poor door gaps,older a/c units that consume too much electricity. if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you can hear everything. Bugs all over the place, even though they claim to do pest control. Mangement not concerned with your complaints.i have complained repeatedly about disruptive people that continue with disturbance all day and well past 10 pm. Nothing was done by former manager. It starts off being what would seem like a really great place to live. There are many monthly water shut offs- January 2024 so far we have had the water shut off six times!!!
Hello to all wanting to know about Collier Companies... I feel that they are a well oiled machine! I went to Madison Pointe Apts and received above and beyond treatment. Ultimately I ended up leasing through another property, but OMG they really are superb!!! Nettie Laddie went above and wayyy beyond to help us navigate the wonderful world of leasing. Rented sight unseen as I need a place fast. Place is dirty, old and rundown. Entryway is filthy, outlets don't work, construction on neighboring units looks like a nightmare for those poor folks. Sold a beautiful home to move here for business, we're ready to go back to our old state. I don't believe the 5 star reviews.

Had property stolen from gated patio. Great set of prints lifted..will be PROSECUTING and if a resident did this will be demanding immediate conviction
The Crossings is a very welcoming place to live at. Everyone in the front is very nice and gets everything done when requested. The rent is very cheap compared to other places in Gainesville. The location is very convenient for students attending Santa fe. I really enjoy the pool and basketball court which are kept clean. I’ve had a fantastic time living in the Crossings and definitely would recommend for anyone. Jayde Doucette
