Brian was great and very knowledgeable...explained what he was doing to fix my problem...made sure repair was done to standard...even told me to go inside out of the cold after explaining what he was about to do...highly recommend this company and Brian to take care your plumbing needs....
I've been a Franklin Plumbing (and Franklin D before the name change) customer for more than 20 years. I've always been pleased with their service which has include a complete drain re-do, a shower and toilet installation and a kitchen faucet installation. The latest service call was no different; their plumber had excellent technical skills and the business office provided outstanding customer service. Another home run!
I love this company. They are quick and honest didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. I am very pleased with their service. Robert was very pleasant to talk while he worked and didn't mind explaining in detail about was wrong and how to fix it. I will use them again.

I struggled with slow drains at my home on and off for over a year. After using other plumbers, I finally called Franklin. They assured me they would check the drains thoroughly and determine which tool to use to clean out my drains. Robert showed up and did just that. He was pleasant and thorough.
