Dr. McCarthy has been our family Dentist for almost 15 years. I happen to stumble across his office when we moved into the neighborhood. Michelle at the front desk is always so nice and always happy to help when you have a question about an appointment or insurance question.
Our family dentist retired. Franklin Plaza was recommended and we have not been disappointed. Michelle is always so cheerful when you enter the office. We like that the dentists come and get you and do all the work themselves. There is such a personal touch from start to finish. It may the change easy.

I've been a patient here since they took over the practice over 20 years ago. They are friendly, yet efficient. They tell you what is going on with your teeth and help you decide what further might need to be done. Michelle always calls to remind me the day before the appointment. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend either Dr. You won't regret it.
We have been patients here for over 10 years! I can't recommend them highly enough, in fact, we have sent at least six other folks their way and, they all agree. I came here the first time because it was really close to home. I was amazed that Dr.McCarthy actually did my teeth cleaning. I feel having the dentist clean my teeth also provides a much more detailed examination at the same time. Michelle is great, I always get in on time. Most importantly, I trust Dr. McCarthy to provide the right service that I really need, and he does not push unnecessary treatments.
