The technician was on time very friendly and courteous and very professional
I have used Franklin Pest Control few several years and the best exterminator is Jeff! He is very thorough, friendly and willing to go out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. He is the first exterminator with Franklin that put mouse bait traps in my basement, garage, outside and in m shed. I have had very good results due to this. When he sprays for insects he does a thorough spray. I request Jeff every quarter. He is great! I’m very happy with the service, and availability of Saturday hours. Great service! The technician that takes care of my home is terrific. I would recommend Franklin Pest Solutions to anyone! However, we have spoken several times about appointment timing. We have had two instances where techncians have shown up when no one was home. There has been a note placed in our file in hope that this will not happen again.
Great communication and service as always!! Technician is friendly and knowledgeable!
