Never again will I recommend this place to ANYONE. Earlier this year, Sometime in May or June, I called them out to do a pre-season spray/treatment for insects. Fast forward to July, I was having a MAJOR Wasp issue, So i called them back, as I was told the service had some sort of warranty and it hadn't even been a full 60 days since the initial call. I get told "Well your initial call was only for "Ground Based" insects" WAS NOT told about any of that during the treatment. I am then told, that since I shelled out $300+ on t... read more
Our service is three times a year, outside AND inside. We did not order this service. Apparently you serviced the outside, so make sure the bill is half the regular service rate.
Technician was very professional and did a great job..
