I had a great experience yesterday. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. Dr. Osten was absolutely amazing
Avoid at all costs!!!! Do NOT go here for DOT physicals. This place does not know how to do the paperwork and cost us about two hundred dollars in fines and hotels for not having paperwork filled out properly!!! They are unprofessional, and incompetent. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY. Tell your friends and families this place sucks!!!
The staff here need to seriously take a course in professionalism. From the receptionist who is rude and snappy and to the doctors/ staff talking in the halls who you can hear talking about clients. Talk about a breach in privacy laws. My opion you would receive better service to go the extra half a block to the holy family emergency.
This place is a joke. I went to be seen and sat in the waiting for 25 minutes with only 3 other people waiting. Once I got in a room i sat there for over an hour listening to the Dr flirt with the nurses in the hall instead of seeing patients. I actually heard the dr say that he may have to fire a male nurse for sexual harassment. I finally walked out and went to a different clinic. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this place and would highly recommend no one else does either!
Haven't even seen the doctor yet, half tempted to leave and go somewhere else. Holy cow. Talk about careless staff!! Especially the front desk girl. Luckily it got better once I went back. Nurse was nice and the doctor was very thorough and present not rushed at all. I appreciated that.
Very nice staff. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
