RecommendedI came in today with the worst ear infection I have ever had. I literally couldn't talk. The pain from my ear radiate into the left side of my face and down the left side of my neck. All I did was cry when Dr Scott came in. He was so kind and caring and understanding. He was amazing and I cant thank you enough for helping me. Chas on maple, my doctor office has given me the run around for 2 weeks now not caring I was in pain or crying over the phone. Thank you Franklin park for seeing me and caring.
Brought a sick family member here and there wasn’t anyone in the lobby. After quite some time we asked and were told that it’s not urgent but a means to go somewhere when you can’t see your primary doctor...and we continue to wait. Good customer service skills! Glad it wasn’t urgent....oh wait we don’t know, we are still waiting!!!!
I took a trip to Franklin park urgent for my sprained arm and I have to say. . I feel much better now
I've had to go there a few times recently and have no complaints about the care or service I've been given. Been coming to Franklin Park Urgent Care for years and will continue to do so.
If I could give 0 stars I would, turned my son away because their doctor won't see babies. Now I wasted the time I had available to go here and get turned away instead of being able to get help for my son. They are no different then a primary care Dr for adults that charge more money and have a little bit extended hours.
Wonderful staff and doctors. It’s the only place I go to when sick. They do so much more then wait in sick people. Very convenient right next to Rite Aid for prescriptions. Two thumbs up for wonderful care again.
The most rude and judgmental doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.
Went in for a TB test and flu shot. After waiting and paying, was told that I have to bring a letter from my doctor because I'm pregnant. As a certified medical assistant for nearly 10 years, that is completely false. They also did not have me fill out a flu shot questionnaire, which is standard practice everywhere, to make sure I don't have any allergies. Just a new way of turning away paying customers. Went down the street to the CHAS urgent care and had no problems.
