I love all the docs & my son has been a patient here his whole life (11 years). But the office staff is often uncaring, rude & condescending. Recently we needed to cancel a Monday morning sick visit (our son was feeling better). My husband called at 8:30am...as soon as they opened. He was scolded & a threat was made about being dropped as clients. Well, we tried to cancel on Saturday, but '(gasp!!!) we don't work on weekends!' I hae been with them since 1998. I have 4 kids one of them is a special needs daughter and they are always great with them.
My 2 year old had an appointment at 9 am for a sick visit and had to wait over an hour to be taken back and seen! We've been with the practice for 11 years, but it's starting to get ridiculous with the wait times, especially with such an early appointment. Looking for a new pediatrician in the area.
We love Dr. Haidar and Dr. Al-ayoubi, they are amazing!
My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Al-ayoubi, she takes her time with her and shows my daughter that she's more than just a patient. We wouldn't trade her for the world!!
We feel so fortunate to have Dr. Haidar as a pediatrician. He is so knowledgable, down to earth, realistic, and willing to share personal experiences to help us feel at ease. Thank you!
