I have worked at car dealerships in repair for over 12 years so I always come in to buy expecting to have sales people try to bamboozle me. NOT here. Franklin Motor Co was extremely friendly, not pushy, and worked to do what it took to make us happy and put us in the right truck. The truck was immaculately clean and mechanically sound. they are not honest. we bought a motor home from them and they said everything works as it should and when we got home several items didn't. we have the text from them even saying that it all works and they won't stand behind their word. $2000 in repairs needed
It was fast and easy not a lot of pressure
From start to finish, my experience was A1. I 1st sent an email inquiring about a vehicle (Audi Q7). I received a timely response from David. He listen to my needs and let me know clearly what was needed to get me into the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, which was very clean and like new. David and the Finance Manager made sure that me and my husband knew the background of Audi since this was our 1st.
