The lock was cut off our unit twice! The second time three flat screen televisions were stolen! A police report was made. The security cameras don’t work! The owners of the storage company have not attempted to help in any way. Stay away from this place!
Very fair prices and policies, especially compared to some other storage companies in town. Manager, Stephanie, very helpful and accommodating.
Franklin Mini Storage is a medium-sized facility in a centrally located area of Franklin. It's really easy to get to and there's plenty of space around the units to load/unload. This is an extremely safe area and the storage facility has security cameras and plenty of lights. The owner is very friendly and communicative. I will continue to recommend Franklin Mini Storage.
