Wow, what a rude lady to someone in need. I tried to call and nobody answered the phone so I drove 50 mins to not even get in the door but to have it unlocked by someone and told that I missed the application deadline. Well, I'm not sure if anyone is aware but homelessness happens out of nowhere. There should never be a "deadline" for applications. Also, I can tell this place is prejudiced against a specific race and it isn't black.

Franklin Housing Authority supposed provide safe law income housing. But their administration and maintenance staff is too busy with harassment of innocent tenants. They even using toxic expired paint with crystallin silica in not proper way. So kind of paint is classified as harmful for lungs carcinogen. I received too much negative experience with this administration and not going be silent regarding so many issues with all this mismanagement.
