On New Year's Eve at dinner time the restaurant was pretty full. It took us about 15 minutes to get our food ordered another 15 or 20 for the salad and then another 40 to get our entrees. The food was at room temperature and the portions were tiny. The prices were not. Very poor service and the food was not all that good I do not recommend this restaurant. You should know that I owned a steak and seafood restaurant several years ago and I was appalled at the quality of the food and service in this restaurant.
My husband and I went there for our anniversary recently and got wings. My wings were rubbery in the center so I only picked at them and ate around the edges. I only ate 4 but my husband ate almost all of his and ended up losing work the next day because he was throwing up. When he called to talk about it they said that he probably had a virus and that they called their customers and asked if they got sick. Finally got to try the Wednesday nite special.... you guys got some of the BEST Fish & Chips around!!! And I know my fish and chips;))!!
A hidden gem of a restaurant, tucked away in Schaefferstown, Make the extra effort to stop there: you won't be disappointed.
Pretty historic tavern in a cool little town. Good food ,friendly staff and fellow patrons.
Was just riding though pa.on a rainy day seen the place thought it looked cool went in for dinner food was good ssrvice was great people very nice will return again
Never again, first & last visit. After twenty minutes of being ignored, we left. A couple walked in & sat down right behind us & they were waited on right away. I never left a restaurant for this reason before.
Awesome um-burger burger and chips. Home brewed tea.....heaven
We just had dinner tonight with 17 ppl. Wonderful service! Great food. Waitress was amazing. Thanks so much for having us!
