not a good place have big regrets moving in
We just recently moved from Franklin Flats after a 14 month lease and I truly have nothing but positive things to say about these apartments. Our rent price was excellent considering what the current market rate is for similar size apartments and any issues we had were handled immediately. Maintenance was a little rocky in the beginning; however, since a new maintenance employee was brought in, all of our issues were handled immediately and professionally. At one point our garbage disposal had gone out. I assumed being that ... read more

This place is all about taking advantage of people and ripping them off. Business and marketing philosophy is: suck people who can't get into any other place and then screw them as hard as possible. Management is not comprised of nice people. They're real sharks and they will try to scam you anyway they can.... Additionally, Its old, it reaks of weed, there are loud parties with cops coming later... lots of other places around Greeley... stay away from this one.
It does smell like marijuana all day. Really want to move. I've been getting head aches gem the smell. I spray oust all day and the smell still there. Regret moving here.
