We love the market and of course Ellie’s old fashioned doughnuts!!!
My favorite farmers market to go to. It has an amazing selection of meats, baked goods, homemade preserves, etc. It's a Saturday morning treat for us when we are able to go!
My Saturday morning thing-I love our local farmers and local talent! I’ve got my favorites but really have tried something from every single vendor. This is one of those hometown things that make a growing small town still seem special. Supporting local farmers, supporting Franklin, seeing friends- it’s just a good place and a great way to start my day!
I did something I don't often do, I stood in line to get some fresh and still warm doughnuts and let me tell you they were better than excellent. Also talked with a few vendors including Cody Ingram from Cody's Woodworks and Geraldine at the pie booth and we picked up a Chess pie. Never had a piece before and it may become my new favorite. All in all had a good time and the next time I visit Franklin it will be on my list of things to do. High on the list.
Great place to shop for fresh organic produce! Cute area for family time together.
